Blog Post

We reviewed nine managed IT services companies that serve New York City and checked each against its own website in September 2026. Seven have a Manhattan office, one is in Queens and one is on Long Island. Two publish prices: Network Right ($120 to $170 per user per month) and Electric, a software-led option. Network Right publishes this list and is on it.
We built this list for New York buyers comparing managed service providers and verified every detail against each company's own website in September 2026. Network Right publishes this article and appears on it. Network Right is listed first because it is our company; the rest follow alphabetically. Order is not a ranking.
Our criteria:
What we left out on purpose: review ratings (they change weekly, so check Google, Clutch and G2 yourself), founding years and client names a company does not state on its own site, and rankings. A 15-person design studio in Dumbo and a 300-person hedge fund in Midtown need different providers, so we describe fit instead.
Company details changed? Email Network Right and we will verify and update the entry.
The table compares nine NYC managed IT companies on office location, best fit, pricing transparency, onsite footprint and security depth. Seven list a Manhattan address; Computero is in Forest Hills, Queens, and LISS Technologies is in Roslyn on Long Island. Every detail comes from the company's own website as of September 2026.
Each entry covers where the company is based, who it serves, what it offers and how it prices, taken from its own website. Network Right is first as the publisher; the remaining eight are alphabetical. The "worth a look if" line matches each provider to a type of buyer, so skim those first.

The right New York MSP handles your regulator, your building and your boroughs, not just your laptops. Use these seven checks on every provider you shortlist, and ask for answers in writing. They are built for NYC buyers; our Bay Area list uses a different checklist focused on startup stage and SOC 2.
Most New York MSPs price per user per month and quote after a discovery call. On this list, Network Right publishes $120 per user per month for Start-up and $170 for Scale-up, and Electric publishes software tiers from $0 to $25 per user per month. A 50-person team on Network Right's Start-up plan pays $6,000 a month.
Network Right's plan details are on its published per-user pricing page.
For market ranges, pricing models and red flags in a quote, read our guide to managed IT pricing models and ranges.
For companies based in Midtown, the Financial District or SoHo, our page on managed IT services in Manhattan covers neighborhood-level support.
If you also have a West Coast office, compare this list with our Bay Area managed IT companies list.
Two companies on this list publish rates. Network Right lists $120 per user per month for Start-up and $170 for Scale-up, with Enterprise custom. Electric lists software tiers at $0, $10 and $25 per user per month. The other seven quote after a consultation, which is standard for New York MSPs.
Seven companies list a Manhattan address on their own sites: Network Right (408 Broadway), CMIT Solutions Union Square (41 Madison Ave), Electric (915 Broadway), Exigent (845 3rd Ave), Kraft Kennedy (630 Third Ave), Power Consulting (127 W 26th St) and Tabush Group (148 W 37th St). Computero is in Queens and LISS on Long Island.
It would be if we hid it. Network Right is a New York MSP with an office at 408 Broadway, so we disclose authorship at the top, list ourselves first as the publisher rather than as a ranking, and describe every other company only from its own website.
Only if you hold a DFS license, registration or charter, such as an insurance, banking or money transmitter license, or you vendor to one that asks. Covered entities must meet 23 NYCRR Part 500 controls, including MFA and asset inventory, and file annually by April 15, per DFS.
Onsite pricing varies by provider and can differ by borough. Ask whether visits are included, capped or billed hourly, whether outer-borough trips carry a fee and how after-hours building work is priced. Include your office addresses and expected visit frequency in the quote request.
Expect targets by priority, not one number. A site-wide outage should get the fastest response, a single user's laptop issue a slower one, and routine requests a same-day or next-day target. Ask each provider for its targets, how it measures adherence and what credit applies when it misses.
A certificate of insurance (COI) proves a vendor carries liability coverage. Most Manhattan buildings require one, naming the landlord and managing agent, before any contractor works on site. Your MSP should supply COIs quickly for each building, or technicians may be turned away at the lobby.
It depends on your team. Electric automates onboarding, device management and app access for lean teams without onsite needs. A full MSP adds people: a named consultant, help desk staff and technicians for offices, networks and conference rooms. Offices with physical infrastructure usually need the second model.
We re-verify every company against its own website at least twice a year and after any reader report of a change. This version was reviewed in September 2026. If an entry is wrong or out of date, email Network Right and we will check and correct it.
Yes, if it has staff in both cities. Network Right has offices at 408 Broadway in New York and 333 Bryant St in San Francisco, so one consultant covers both sites. For other providers, ask whether the second city is served by local employees or by a subcontractor.
Narrow your New York shortlist around office coverage, support hours, security needs and total cost. Ask each provider to show how it would support your locations and handle the problems your team sees most often.
Network Right gives you a dedicated consultant, a US-based help desk, a Lower Manhattan office at 408 Broadway, a San Francisco headquarters and published pricing. If another company on this list fits you better, we will say so. If your current provider is doing the job, keep them.
Send us your headcount, office addresses and current tool stack to discuss your support needs and request a proposal. Discuss IT support for your NYC team.
